14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with QuikaChat, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for a new paid package within 14 days of that payment. No questions asked.

Free trial

Every package can be tried free for 7 days before you pay. Trials are free, so there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure QuikaChat fits your needs.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@akbhojani.com from the address on your account within 14 days of your first payment.
2. Include your company name and the package you subscribed to.
3. We confirm your request, cancel the subscription and issue the refund.

When the refund arrives

We process approved refunds back to the original payment method. After we issue it, your bank or card provider usually takes about 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What is not covered

• Renewal payments after the first payment. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Partial months, or unused time after the 14-day period.
• Accounts closed for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Taxes and bank or payment fees that we are not able to recover.
• Separately agreed services such as paid migration or custom work, which are covered by their own agreement.

Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher package, the 14-day guarantee applies to the first payment of that higher package. Ask us within 14 days and we will refund the upgrade and return you to your previous package.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing us or from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payment disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us first at contact@akbhojani.com so we can sort it out quickly. This is usually faster than a bank dispute.
