Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information QuikaChat collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

AIVRAX.io ("QuikaChat", "we", "us") operates the QuikaChat platform and this website. You can contact us at contact@akbhojani.com or by post at Karachi, Pakistan and Houston, Texas, USA.

Two roles we play

It helps to separate two situations:

  • Our customers and their team members. When you request a trial, subscribe or log in, we decide why and how your account information is used. For this information we act as the controller.
  • Visitors to our customers' websites. When a visitor chats with a business that uses QuikaChat, that business decides why and how the conversation is used. We process the data on their behalf as a service provider (processor). Questions about those conversations should go to the business you chatted with.

Information we collect

From you

  • Account details: name, work email, company name, phone number, website and the package you choose.
  • Billing details such as billing name, address, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form, email or support.

Through the service

  • Content our customers and their team put into QuikaChat, including chats, leads, tickets, knowledge base articles, emails of connected mailboxes, files, board items, spreadsheets, attendance records and finance entries.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and a visitor identifier used by the chat widget to recognise a returning visitor.
  • Usage data such as log-in times and feature usage, used to run, secure and improve the service.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain and secure the service, including creating and approving trial workspaces.
  • Process payments, send invoices and manage subscriptions.
  • Send service messages such as login details, password resets, trial and billing notices.
  • Respond to support and sales enquiries.
  • Detect abuse, spam and fraud, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Improve and develop the product.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing the service; your consent where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • Service providers such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and support tools, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Within a customer's workspace, to the users that customer has authorised.
  • Legal and safety where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the security of the service.
  • Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Data separation and security

Each company workspace is kept separate from every other company. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and secure password reset. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

  • Active accounts: we keep data while the account is active and for as long as your package's retention limits allow.
  • Free trials: if you do not subscribe, we keep trial data for 30 days after the trial ends, then delete it.
  • After cancellation: we delete or anonymise workspace data within a reasonable period after you ask us to, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Billing records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where we do, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email contact@akbhojani.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

QuikaChat is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
